Patlite will display its LR6-USB signal tower series at IMTS 2018.
Updates to Patlite Corp.’s LR6-USB signal tower series enable connection to a PC or human-machine interface (HMI) to receive power and commands through a USB port.
The LR6 series is based on the first generation LU7-USB series. Offering low power consumption, the series features brighter, no-maintenance light-emitting diodes (LEDs) available in five different color modules and supports multiple platforms including Windows OS and Linux OS. Four flash patterns and four alarm sounds provide unambiguous indication.
The series is available as modular segments, enabling customization for specific applications. Mounting options include silver, off-white and black brackets and poles to match off-white and black base options. The LR6-MZ series multi-color LED modules are compatible with the LR6 series base for color expression.
The series conforms to European Conformity (CE), Underwriters Laboratories (UL), Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Electromagnetic Compatability (EMC), Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directives, and Korea Certification (KC) standards.
Key features include a sound pressure maximum of 80 dB, DLL or Open Protocol software, five color tiers, an alarm module, 13 adjustable alarm frequencies with two adjustable sound levels and a protection rating of IP65.
