According to Lenox, it is currently not uncommon for data to be tracked manually on band saw machines, and this can reduce companies’ ability to identify invisible or unseen downtime. In order to help provide important real-time data to customers, Lenox developed the Lenox 360 System.

Using a collection of sensors installed on a saw, users capture data that can be used to maximize efficiencies, improve decision-making and increase profits. Lenox says its 360 System boasts the ability to connect with any band saw machine — regardless of make, model or year — to the cloud to track key information about utilization and efficiency. Users utilize dashboards to provide convenience when storing and synthesizing data with the cloud.

The 360 System provides access to key insights, measurements and the control of sawing operations data, making it well-suited for steel service centers and fabrication shops. Lenox 360 System customers can also access to the Lenox Advantage program, offering industry expertise, personalized training, 24/7 expert support and digital solutions. Combining the level of data provided by the 360 System with guidance from the Lenox field team and Lenox Advantage program can help improve efforts to advance any sawing organization, according to Lenox.
